Job summary

ForTec Medical, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team in Hudson, Ohio.

The role supports the AR and Collections Department, manages a shared inbox, updates POs, processes credit card payments, and handles billing and portal invoicing. You will monitor the AR email, respond to invoice requests, apply POs in our software, update CRM with customer changes, and ensure pricing alignment while resolving discrepancies with sales.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Great Plains software is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, judgmental, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet daily deadlines; capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the general Accounts Receivable email inbox and respond timely.
• Respond to requests for invoice and statement copies from customers.
• Apply POs to cases in proprietary software.
• Update CRM with customer contact information changes.
• Ensure PO pricing matches invoice pricing and follow up on discrepancies.
• Process billing information daily and enter data on customer portals/sites.
• Monitor invoices for rejections and coordinate with internal teams to correct and resubmit.
• Assist with monthly statement processing and processing of customer credit card payments.
• Maintain collaborative working relationships with team members and customers.
