Role Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including generating and issuing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and performing timely debt collection activities. The specialist will reconcile customer accounts, investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in the finance and ERP systems. The role involves regular communication with customers and internal teams to address billing inquiries, support cash flow management, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial standards.
