Job summary

Voss Collision Centre in Dayton, OH is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our busy auto body shop. You will assist customers with inquiries, manage service appointments, and help ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and background/drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license (DL).
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
• Experience in automotive or body shop industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and screen them appropriately.
• Open repair orders and ensure RO's and insurance forms are signed before repairs.
• Explain estimates and LKQ/Like Kind parts usage to customers; discuss financial obligations at drop-off.
• Maintain relationships with insurance companies and prepare invoices for pickup.
• Assist with clerical duties including typing and filing.
