Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in California. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, timely collections, and AR administration to support the controller and accounting manager.

You will handle daily invoicing, customer statements, and aging reports while ensuring data integrity in SAGE 100. The position requires 3+ years in AR/ Accounting, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounting Clerk/Accounts Receivable experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry
• Knowledge of SAGE 100 accounting software preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain delivery logs; process daily invoicing and email invoices to customers
• Collect and validate Resale Certificates
• Issue credits and returns (credit memos, refunds)
• Follow up on customer inquiries and discrepancies by email/phone
• Call customers on past-due invoices; email aging reports to management
• Process deposits and post to SAGE 100; maintain customer database
• Maintain AR files and housekeeping weekly
• Close AR on the first working day after month end
• Email customer statements on the first day after monthly close
• Back up receptionist and provide customer service support
