Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group in Carson, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments. The role supports the controller and accounting manager, handling daily invoicing, certificate validation, and related clerical tasks.

The position requires 3+ years in AR or accounting, strong MS Excel skills, and experience with SAGE 100. A HS diploma or business degree pursuit is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; undergraduate degree in business/finance preferred
• 3+ years experience in accounting/AR roles
• Proficient MS Excel and data entry; experience with SAGE 100 is required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain delivery log for all locations; process daily invoicing and email invoices
• Collect and validate Resale Certificates
• Issue credits and returns via credit memos, refunds or checks
• Follow up on customer inquiries and discrepancies via email/phone
• Call customers on past-due invoices and email aging reports
• Process deposits and post to SAGE 100; maintain customer data in SAGE 100
• Close A/R on first working day after month end; email statements after closing
• Back up receptionist and provide customer service support as needed
• Perform other clerical tasks and miscellaneous projects
