Intelli‑Tec Security Services Inc. in Syosset, NY is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the Accounting Department with data entry, transaction processing, and recordkeeping.

The role reports to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator and focuses on billing and collections efforts. The position is 100% in‑office with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, offering a pay range of $22.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience and includes comprehensive benefits such as Medical,

Competenze

• Associate's degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Drug screen and background check must be successfully cleared.
• 1+ years in a professional support role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree welcomed.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Docuware, ABM, DoveNet or SmarterTrack is a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle data entry, transaction processing and recordkeeping under supervision.
• Prepare and process daily bank deposits.
• Draft and send customer communications including notices, invoices and statements.
• Provide general administrative support and routine accounting tasks.
• Process tickets and update accounting platforms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal collection laws.
