• 1+ years of experience in a payment receivable role.

Responsabilidades

• Master product expertise to deliver on customer asks.
• Drive inclusive team culture and success.
• Manage premium accounting functions such as receivables, reconciliations, payment plans, and disputes.
• Manage inbound and outbound communication promptly.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on criteria set by the company.
• Responsible for effective oral communication on inbound and outbound calls.
