Wallace Supply Llc in Easton, PA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our in-office team. You will process customer payments, apply them to accounts, manage customer files, and support related clerical tasks to ensure accurate and timely cash flow.

This non-exempt, full-time role offers an 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule, hourly pay of $20–$22, and a gainshare bonus. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and apply customer payments to accounts via multiple channels.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies; contact customers for clarification.
• Maintain customer master files and respond to inquiries timely.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and statements.
• Answer calls, open and distribute mail, and support clerical tasks.
• Assist with account resolution and maintain professional client relationships.
