Responsibilities

• Post customer invoices, credits, receipts, and daily cash transactions.
• Review aging reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Investigate payment discrepancies, deductions, and account issues.
• Process customer requests for invoices, statements, and account information.
• Support the sales team with return authorizations and related documentation.
• Enter sales contracts, update customer pricing, and assist with intercompany transactions.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities
