The position supports corporate accounting processes, handles invoicing and collections, and collaborates across departments to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software; strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounts receivable activities and monthly balancing.
• Prepare and send customer invoices, ensure proper entry and accuracy.
• Contact customers to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments and deposits; manage AR aging and collections as needed.
• Work with ERP systems to maintain records and generate reports.
• Assist in supporting audits and system upgrades.
