McLane Company, Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable II specialist to manage customer accounts, perform reconciliations, and support the monthly close. You will monitor aging, process credits, and collaborate with sales and divisions to improve collections.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AR and strong Excel/ERP skills (Oracle preferred; SAP or NetSuite acceptable). Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of AR and Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in AR modules of ERP systems (Oracle preferred, SAP or NetSuite OK).
• Strong financial and bookkeeping knowledge with attention to detail.

• Oversee assigned customer accounts, including collections and aging.
• Perform daily cash management and posting to AR sub-ledger.
• Strengthen customer relationships via calls, email, and mail.
• Assist in streamlining AR processes and month-end close.
