Baranko Companies, headquartered in Dickinson, North Dakota, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing and collections for Baranko Environmental, LLC and affiliates. You will coordinate with field operations to ensure accurate time-and-material invoices and pass-through charges, supporting strong cash flow.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and proactive communication to resolve disputes, monitor aging, and maintain compliant electronic records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years AR experience required.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and collections.
• Oilfield/environmental services experience preferred.
• Familiarity with time-and-material billing and customer-specific requirements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate and timely customer invoices using time-and-material documentation and pass-through charges.
• Review billing information for completeness and coordinate with field personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with customer invoicing requirements and deadlines.
• Submit invoices through customer portals (OpenInvoice) and monitor submissions.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances with customers.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and payment discrepancies professionally.
• Escalate significantly past-due accounts to leadership.
• Assist with month-end AR cutoff procedures.
