Qualifications

• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, Great Plains, etc.
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generating and distributing invoices.
• Tracking customer payments and sending payment reminder notifications.
• Collecting and posting customer payments.
• Negotiating payment plans with customers as needed.
• Reconciling customer accounts.
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Running reports.
• All other related tasks as required.
