The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with pay between $25.00 and $27.00 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities include issuing invoices, applying diverse payments, maintaining aging reports, resolving billing issues, and supporting month-end close and lien

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or billing/collections experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Autonomous worker with ability to handle high volume.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards).
• Maintain AR aging reports and reconcile accounts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and short payments.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, and accounting to resolve issues.
• Support month-end close related to AR and lien processes.
