Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on accounts receivable processing.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections.
• Review daily banking activity, process deposits, and handle credit card transactions.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with credit applications.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide additional accounting support, including accounts payable processing and month-end activities, as needed.
