Leapfrog Brands in Chicago is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to support the accounting team with invoicing, payments, and financial reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and clear communication with internal teams and external customers.

With 2+ years in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, you’ll work with systems (NetSuite) and Excel to streamline processes, resolve discrepancies, and support audits while contributing to a collaborative,

Formación

• 2+ years accounting/finance experience, preferably consumer goods.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GAAP, strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP and MS Excel preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validate, and post customer invoices per policy.
• Reconcile customer payout reports and maintain customer files.
• Support monthly financial reports and audits.
• Escalate deductions to Chargeback Analyst when needed.
• Maintain aging A/R, follow up on overdue accounts, resolve price discrepancies.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow support.
• Participate in special projects and provide backup to team.
