Block 22 LLC in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to support the accurate billing, collection, reconciliation, and reporting of receivables across our properties. You will work closely with Accounting, Sales, and Operations to ensure precise financial records and timely service to internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing for various accounts including invoicing, deposits, payments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for accurate group billing and contract-related charges.
• Establish and maintain direct bill accounts with proper documentation.
• Monitor aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Process payments (EFT, checks, credit cards) and post to ledgers.
• Prepare aging reports and account statements for management.
