You will handle ACH, card, and check payments, reconcile aging reports, and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate receivables and strong customer service. This onsite role offers stable hours and growth within the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• Proven ability to process high-volume cash applications accurately.
• Ability to apply ACH, check, and card payments correctly.
• Experience recording and reconciling daily ACH activity.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and customer service.

Aufgaben

• Process daily cash applications (ACH, card, checks) accurately.
• Record and reconcile daily ACH activity.
• Scan, deposit, and record customer checks promptly.
• Match payments to invoices and remittance details.
• Review and set up new customer accounts with complete information.
• Follow up on past-due AR balances as needed.
• Respond to AR-related emails professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer account data.
• Reconcile payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate payment status clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams on account issues.
