Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting.
• Understanding of AR processes, reconciliations, and payment application.
• Experience working within an ERP or accounting system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment posting, and account maintenance.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records.
• Support month-end processes and reporting related to Accounts Receivable.
