Job summary

Prior AR experience and ERP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting/AR experience.
• Strong account reconciliation and analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and multi-task workload.
• Demonstrated ability to work both within a team and as an individual contributor.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, including senior management.
• Familiarity with controls and testing.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Infor’s M3 ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice-to-cash processes including cash application, customer collections, credit limits and invoicing.
• Resolve payment issues for delinquent customer accounts.
• Analyze customer balances to monitor delinquencies and propose allowances.
• Reconcile and analyze designated general ledger accounts monthly.
• Prepare and distribute customer statements monthly.
• Support accelerating the accounting close, automation projects and process improvement.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience in analysis of credit holds.
• Interact professionally with management and other departments.
• Recommend, build and maintain AR processes.
• Other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.
