Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or education.
• Experience in a construction company is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with ability to communicate and maintain strict confidentiality as needed.
• Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Excel.
• Able to sit at a desk, file paperwork, lift up to 30 lbs, climb stairs.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug test.
