Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Holdrege, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time AP Specialist to join our Holdrege office.

You will be responsible for timely payment processing, vendor account analysis, and invoice handling in a growing, stable environment. The role requires at least two years of office admin or accounting experience, strong data entry, and proficiency with Excel/Word and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Two years of office administration and/or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and general accounting software.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Pre-employment background, MVR check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Analyze vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Receive and process vendor invoices.
• Assist with month-end, year-end close and audits.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain required documentation for all responsibilities assigned.
