• Ability to present ideas to stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with Creativity and related tools or frameworks
• Bias toward asking questions before costly mistakes
• Hands-on finance experience that withstands follow-up questions

Responsabilidades

• Forecast headcount costs and partner with HR on compensation planning
• Model runway to inform funding dates
• Lead year-end audits from PBC to signed opinion
• Close monthly books and meet deadlines across teams
• Own the handoff from Creativity to Financial Statements
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets
