Qualifications

• A high school diploma and three or more years of accounting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in accounting tasks
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, computer reports and accounts receivable or accounts payable reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications.
• Leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
• Gas Plant accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sister company Bridger Pipeline LLC.
• Train and assist accounting assistants, review work.
• Verify that controls and processes have been followed.
• Perform transactional accounting entries.
• Prepare account reconciliations.
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve questions or problems.
• Lead higher level projects as assigned.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
