Job summary

The Rusnak Auto Group in Pasadena is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our accounting department and help manage daily deposits, reconciliations, and AR records.

You will collect and deposit receipts, maintain customer files, run statements, handle refunds, and support collections while upholding The Rusnak Standard. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ related experience.
• Associates’ Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Current California Driver License (license ideal).

Responsibilities

• Collects, reconciles, and deposits Parts and Service receipts, including credit card transactions.
• Collects monies and logs from vehicle sales; reports discrepancies to management.
• Prepares and reconciles daily deposits; verifies general ledger balances.
• Maintains accurate customer records and open invoices with supporting documentation.
• Processes inter-Company receivable transactions as directed by management.
• Contacts customers regularly on items over 30 days; tracks follow-up.
• Generates and reconciles statements monthly.
• Answers customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
