Compensation is $125,000 per year and will reflect experience, with a strong emphasis on policy adherence and strategic HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or other relevant field.
• 7+ years comprehensive Human Resources experience; with 3+ years staff management experience.
• SPHR or PHR certification (desirable).
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR programs compliant with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations and discipline processes.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and manager training on HR policies.
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise recruiting efforts, job descriptions, and staffing compliance.
• Manage safety programs, workers’ comp, and risk mitigation activities.
