Rusnak Auto Group in Pasadena is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join the accounting team. You will reconcile and deposit all dealership receipts and maintain AR records while pursuing appropriate collection actions. Compensation ranges from $21 to $24 per hour and varies with experience.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum related experience required.
• Associates' Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Current California Driver License with a satisfactory DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits for Parts and Service receipts, including credit card transactions.
• Reconcile and deposit receipts from vehicle sales; report discrepancies to management.
• Prepare and reconcile daily deposits; verify GL balances and cash clearing accounts.
• Maintain daily activity records per company guidelines; prepare refunds for overpayments.
