You will manage MSO records, verify DMV activities, and support dealer trades with precise documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Five years in Accounting or similar role.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Examine direct purchase and trade paperwork for units; calculate fees and record into the accounting system.
• Verify delivery of new car inventories and enter into the accounting system.
• Process dealer trades paperwork; complete MSO reassignment.
• Process used car purchase paperwork; verify registrations before payment.
• Capture DMV fees when stocking used vehicles; ensure accuracy of all related paperwork.
• Assist Manufacturer or bank reps with flooring audits.
