Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Texas to manage inflows and deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The role supports cash application and AR accounting, ensuring accurate documentation and handling various AR transactions.

You will assist with weekly and month-end close, manage credit notes, and collaborate with Sales on chargebacks while upholding KPIs and process improvements.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages the company’s inflows and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Supports cash application and AR accounting by ensuring accurate and timely documentation; handles various AR transactions.
• Assists with weekly and month-end close processes, completes related checklists, and supports AR activities including cash receipts, adjustments, and communications with Sales for chargebacks and deductions.
• Maintains organized filing for AR and deposit documentation, issues credit notes, processes transactions, and assists with audit documentation while aiming to meet KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
