Parker Hannifin is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Ogden, UT. The role centers on accurate AR records, invoicing, applying payments, and supporting collections while upholding company policies and customer service standards.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments to resolve account issues and ensure timely cash flow. AAS/BA preferred; strong Excel and ERP proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AR processes and financial recordkeeping.
• Strong data entry with high accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices and billing documents.
• Process and apply customer payments (check, ACH, wire).
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and receivable balances.
• Monitor aging reports and identify delinquent accounts.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and unapplied cash.
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare statements.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing and reconciliations.
• Prepare AR reports on activity, collections, and cash receipts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations to resolve issues.
