Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with relevant accounting exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related financial experience or demonstrated ability to perform essential functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices and billing documents.
• Process and apply customer payments by check, ACH, or wire.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and receivable balances.
• Monitor aging reports and identify delinquent accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare AR activity reports and cash receipts analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliant, well-organized accounting records.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field

1–3 years accounts receivable or related experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong data entry, accuracy, and attention to detail

Effective verbal and written communication
