Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join Parker Aerospace. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, applying payments, and maintaining customer accounts while supporting billing and reconciliation activities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AR or related experience, strong data entry and Excel skills, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service in a manufacturing environment. This is a non-exempt, full-time position based in Utah.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years AR/ bookkeeping or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices and billing documents.
• Process and apply customer payments (check, ACH, wire).
• Maintain accurate customer account records and receivable balances.
• Monitor AR aging and identify delinquent accounts.
• Contact customers on overdue invoices and disputed items.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
