Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional grammar and spelling in correspondence.
• Willingness to assist Credit Request team.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts and contact customers about past-due invoices.
• Notify stations/sales reps of billing issues and discrepancies.
• Place high-risk customers on hold when needed.
• Research credits due to overpayments or misapplication.
• Release/approve accounts and billing adjustments.
• Utilize AR software including CW, AS400 and GetPaid.
• Collaborate with team to support collections goals.
