Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on AP/AR experience.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices including verification, coding, reconciliation, and payment preparation.
• Manage daily vendor payments through ACH, checks, wires, and third-party payment platforms.
• Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
• Maintain accurate records of AP and AR transactions and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts and ensure vendor payments are accurately posted.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Work with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve billing and payment questions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare AP/AR reports and provide accurate financial information to management.
• Maintain compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Take on additional accounting responsibilities as needed.
