AppleOne Employment Services in San Diego, CA seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk to own the full AR cycle, support order processing, and collaborate with Admin, Sales, and Service teams. This role builds efficient, paperless processes within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or equivalent ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, payments, deposits, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, posting payments, deposits, collections, and reconciliations.
• Process customer purchase orders from estimate through shipping documentation.
• Prepare and send invoices, verify receipts, and post transactions in an ERP system.
• Reconcile AR ledgers and investigate discrepancies in payments and accounts.
• Communicate professionally with customers about payment status and balances.
• Provide admin and accounting support to internal teams and maintain digital records.
