Learning Care is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage family ledgers, process payments, and reconcile accounts across centers. You will collaborate with center directors and district managers to resolve billing issues and support the organization’s cash flow with accurate, timely billing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; associate degree in finance or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Minimum 2 years in accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury or related field.
• Experience with POS systems, treasury tools, and payment processing applications.
• Knowledge of early childhood education or retail transactional environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review family ledgers, process payments and reconcile accounts.
• Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor refunds and process approvals as needed.
• Code 3rd party deposits in Excel and distribute deposit reports.
• Troubleshoot payment and billing issues within schools using POS systems.
• Support center directors and district managers on billing processes.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability and customer service.
