Contract Lumber seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our Pataskala, Ohio location. The role handles lockbox receipts, wires and card payments, with reports and issue resolution to keep cash flow steady.

• Process customer lockbox cash receipts, wire deposits and credit card payments.
• Prepare special A/R customer reports as needed.
• Investigate cash application issues to solve internal and external problems.
• Manage online billing portals.
• Prepare daily cash report and credit card transactions summary.
• Identify areas/opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide back-up to other accounting department duties and/or projects.

Monday – Friday, 1^stShift (Flexible)

Day to Day:
