On-Board OBS, Incorporated is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Fairfield, OH to join our on-site team. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, posting payments, and keeping AR records up to date within our ERP environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring aging, following up on past-due accounts, reconciling AR transactions, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining attention to detail and strong communication with customers.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience posting customer payments (ACH, credit card, lockbox, bank reports).
• Experience generating invoices and applying payments accurately.
• Familiarity with monitoring aging reports and following up on past‑due accounts.
• Experience reconciling accounts and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Apply customer payments (cash, checks, ACH, credit cards) to accounts
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue balances and follow up on collections
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and balances
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accounting systems
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing issues
