Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
• Post and apply customer payments to the correct accounts
• Reconcile accounts and research payment discrepancies
• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with timely collections
• Respond to questions regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
• Prepare and review accounts receivable reports
• Maintain organized financial records
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, and other departments to resolve issues
• Help maintain efficient A/R processes
