Responsibilities

• Monitor AR phone and department email for inquiries and respond professionally.
• Communicate with customers about billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Apply customer payments to open invoices accurately.
• Send monthly customer statements and delinquency notices.
• Follow up with customers about payment issues and coordinate with Sales.
• Maintain monthly Excel reports and documentation for audit readiness.
• Support accounting/finance ad-hoc requests as needed.
