Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for Manufacturing and e-Commerce. You will manage AR, daily invoicing, cash postings, and reconciliations across Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.

Candidates should have strong Excel skills, experience in high-volume transactional environments, and attention to detail. QuickBooks Enterprise expertise is required, with certified preferred; independence and accuracy are valued.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable management

• Credit and debit memo processing
• Account reconciliations
• Payment posting from Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and AR records
• Support month-end AR reporting and close processes

Salary: USD30 - USD35 per hour

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Manufacturing - e-Commerce)

Key Requirements:

• e-Commerce & Manufacturing industry experience
• Certified QuickBooks (preferred)
• Advanced experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (required)
• Experience with Amazon and eBay cash posting/reconciliations (required)
