• Scans checks for deposit to bank.
• Picks up and sorts incoming mail.
• Answers incoming calls.
• Helps to resolve customer billing questions and assists with information requests.
• Contacts customers with overdue accounts to collect payment or set a date.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
