Job summary

Responsibilities include filing claims for short-paid invoices, following up on open claims, retrieving PODs, maintaining filing systems, and contacting past-due customers with professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable or accounting support is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• File claims for invoices skipped or paid short by customers.
• Track open claims and follow up for timely resolution.
• Document management and filing of accounting paperwork.
• Collect and organize route accounting paperwork from CDDV warehouses.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents.
• Retrieve PODs for AR teams to support disputes and resolution.
