Responsibilities

• Process internal invoices and financial transactions including purchase, partner, and miscellaneous invoices.
• Respond to inquiries regarding vendor issues and payment status.
• Ensure timely payments within terms after internal approvals.
• Collaborate to obtain approvals prior to invoice payments.
• Assist with audits, including SOWs and use tax allocations.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain GL spreadsheets.
• Manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
