Job summary

View Point Health is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to support the Business Services division. Under supervision, you will perform routine AR accounting functions, including preparing invoices, applying payments, and maintaining Excel summaries and supporting documentation.

You will post payments, monitor receivables, and assist with month-end closing and AR process improvements. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a business curriculum or related field from an accredited college or university OR high school diploma or GED AND two years of experience performing accounting and/or fiscal control functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices
• Posting payments timely and accurate to accounts
• Monitor and collect accounts receivables
• Deposit payment to bank account
• Generate various accounts receivable/cash flow reports
• Assist with the month-end closing process
• Assist with developing and implementing improvements to the accounts receivable process
• Assist with audit related to accounts receivable
