NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Mansfield, MA to manage day-to-day invoicing, payments, and collections. You will report to the Operations Accounting Manager and contribute to growing the AR function while developing your career.

Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, resolving discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and generating AR aging and related reports using Workday and Excel. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Able to multitask and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing management: Process and review customer invoices.
• Payments & collections: Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Complex billing analysis: Analyze and correct discrepancies in billing structures.
• Reconciliation & cash application: Perform account reconciliations and apply payments/refunds.
• Reporting: Generate AR aging and related reports using Workday and Excel.
• Collaboration: Work with finance, operations, and sales to resolve billing issues.
