Ledgent is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Downtown Denver team. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, processing payments, and supporting cash collection in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle invoices, apply cash, monitor aging, resolve billing issues, and assist with month-end close while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.

Competenze

• 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Process customer invoices accurately and timely
• Apply cash receipts and maintain customer payment records
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances
• Communicate with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries
• Support month-end close by preparing AR-related reports and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer account records
