Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Opera.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit card transactions.
• Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from lock box and local deposits.
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Maintain records by scanning and filing invoices, debits, and credits.
• Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining information from sales and customer service departments.
• Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Resolve collections by examining payment plans and coordinating with collections.
• Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts and preparing reports.
