Riegel USA Inc. in Eastvale, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our accounting team. The role focuses on accurate processing of customer payments, invoices and credit memos, with a strong emphasis on ownership and timeliness.

You will reconcile accounts, monitor AR aging, and communicate pro-actively with customers and internal teams. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and prior AR experience are preferred; bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and accurately record customer payments, invoices, and credit memos.
• Monitor outstanding AR balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Maintain AR records and supporting documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams about payments.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with reviews.
• Identify discrepancies and drive issues to resolution.
• Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks.
