Euro USA Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain the daily AR function and collaborate with sales and operations to streamline processes. The role emphasizes accuracy in cash receipts and customer communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AR, strong Excel and ERP experience, and solid organizational skills. This on-site position in Ohio offers a 40+ hour workweek and a starting pay of $21 per hour. Euro USA Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• 3+ years' experience in accounts receivable management or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AR systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify overdue accounts.
• Escalate unresolved accounts to management or legal teams as needed.
• Apply cash, credit card and ACH payments from customers.
• Generate and mail customer statements.
• Contact customers with past due balances.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail, or in person.
• Research and resolve collection and invoice issues.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
